Although the law provides for photography in all public places (defined as open to the public and wherein privacy is not reasonably expected) and that all editorial (newsworthy) photography can be freely published, televised, printed in newspapers and magazines alike without the knowledge or consent of the participants, this is not the policy of MulesRule  Photography.

At no time will MulesRule Photography print, publish, make available or sell your name, email address or any personally identifiable information (other than badging found on jerseys, gi belts, team jackets, or other publicly displayed information outside of our control, and therein only within the confines of this web service) without prior written consent in the form of a model release. In the event a photograph is deemed newsworthy and considered for publication, attempts will be made to contact the subject(s) and gain permission. If permission is not given, the image will not be used. End of story.

Photographs found on the MulesRule Photography website are for private personal use only, intended solely for participants, attendees, competitors, clubs, teams and organizations, friends and family members. Images may not be used for advertising or promotion (including our own) in any form or fashion without the prior written consent of both the photographer and a signed model release by the subject. Maryknoll Photography retains ownership and copyright of any and all images.

If for any reason, during the shooting of an event or while visiting this website, you or a family member are not comfortable being photographed, or having photos made available through this web service, please feel free to inform the photographer at the event, or send e-mail to mulesruleimages@yahoo.com. At your discretion photos will either not be taken, placed in a private password protected gallery, or removed entirely. Please be sure to include the gallery name and filename(s) or image number(s) in any correspondence. We at MulesRule Photography provide an inexpensive, cost effective service without personal gain. The monies generated by the sale of pictures is returned to the support the mulesrule website. If photographs are not wanted or desired foir certain events we would prefer to be notified in advance as many many hours of post processing go into each event. An unwanted photo is an unlikely sale and your satisfaction and comfort are of utmost importance.

Zenfolio, Smugmug, your privacy, and ordering.

Zenfolio and Smugmug are the two resources MuleRule uses to provide photo finishing services. When placing an order with MulesRule Photography, Zenfolio and Smugmug processes your order and through their professional finishing lab, provides you with dazzling products and prints. MulesRule Photography does not process orders. We are given a name, order number and the contact email address you provide when you place your order. At no time is MulesRule Photography provided payment information or personal information of any other kind.
